Trail Oats

Ingredients

1 Cup Oats

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup Blueberries

Granola

Agave

Directions

Bring two cups of water to a boil, stir in Oats, Cinnamon, and Brown Sugar. (To save time on the trail combine all dry ingredients ahead of time). Cook for 1 minute until water is absorbed. Stir in blueberries and cover until berries have caramelized

Serve oatmeal in a bowl, top with granola and fresh berries and drizzle with agave. Fancy a late night treat? Whip up for a desert with a dollop of cream.
